American roulette is an improvisation of the original game of roulette. This game is predominantly played in the United States. Invented by the great scientist and mathematician Blaise Pascal, this game becomes very absorbing because of the little changes made by him.

Roulette is a very common game and is believed to have been invented by the brothers Louis and Francois Blanc. The French brothers reportedly invented the single zero wheel in the seventeenth century. This game gained a lot of popularity and was adopted by people around the world. It supposedly came to America in the late 19^th Century and got the famous addition – the double zero.
